• Engage in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practice.

7 Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Not misrepresent yourself, the nature of your issue, or your relationship to any device or account.

• Treat our staff with respect and courtesy throughout all interactions.
